China¡¯s optical fiber accessing Users reach 210 million

Data from Ministry of Industry and Information showed that up to September, China’s fixed broadband using families was as many as 292 million, and optical fiber accessing families occupied 72%, reaching 210 million.
Three base telecommunication enterprises’ internet accessing users reached 292 million, amount which 32.21 million were increased from January to September. 8Mbps and above accessing users were over 254 million, 7.293 million more than the end of last year, as 87% of total broadband users. 20Mbps and above users exceeded 199 million, as 68.4% of total. FTTH users increased 61.85 million to 210 million, occupying 72% of total broadband users.
